You will be exploring the exciting world of Mixed Media! Based on Dane Shaw's artistic style, you will be creating an original Mixed Media artwork.
Project Details
Using a monochromatic image, create a Mixed Media artwork based on the style of Dane Shaw. Students will be creating an original Mixed Media artwork, exploring their own culture, identity and history. Use bright colours, symbolism, historic and contemporary imagery.
*Final Piece: 9"x12" on Mixed Media paper.
*Before starting, collect some materials and explore mediums that you could use to create your piece and compile them on a page titled Mixed Media in your sketchbook.
*Main Image must be approved prior to use.
*Deadline: 4 classes
